Celebrating Tesla Day
On July 10, we celebrated the birthday of the great Nikola Tesla in a way that we believe he would have approved of – by learning and creating. We were visited by a total of 220 guests, including 135 children who participated in creative workshops.
The Theater for Children and Youth delighted us with a performance of their “Giga mega fairy tale”, we created 68 drawings on the topic of electricity, we wrote 25 stories, we did experiments and made models out of Lego. We did not forget about adults, either – they got the opportunity to learn more about Nikola Tesla during the lecture and the documentary about his scientific achievements.
We had a really exciting and fun day. And do not forget that those who missed this event can schedule a regular visit and learn more about this great scientist through the exhibition center’s exhibit.
